TBC Uzbekistan has introduced a fully digital payroll feature aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), further expanding its TBC Business digital banking ecosystem.
The new tool allows business clients to process salary payments instantly at any time, including weekends and holidays. Funds are deposited directly onto employees’ TBC Salom debit cards, granting them immediate access to cashback rewards, interest on balances, and commission-free transfers within the TBC app.
Since its launch in December 2024, TBC Business has seen strong demand, onboarding more than 30,000 businesses. CEO Nika Kurdiani noted that the payroll feature automates routine financial tasks at no additional cost, freeing up time for entrepreneurs to focus on scaling their operations.
The rollout is part of the bank's broader strategy to build a comprehensive digital one-stop shop for Central Asian businesses. Recent additions to the ecosystem include an SME lending product, a dedicated business mobile app, and the acquisition of the retail management platform BILLZ.
